To use PERSONAL.XLS as an add-in, Open the IMMEDIATE window,
type in the following and save the file:

Workbooks ( "personal.xls" ).IsAddin = True

Now, as you develop general-use macros, you won't have to
prefix them with 'PERSONAL.XLS!".
