Rehema would like to efficiently use power at home. 3 devices (A, B
and C) are running at her place. The consumption of each device is
measured in watts per minutes and she wants each device to be
switched off after consuming a total of 1200 wats.for example if device
A consumes a total of 1200w it is switched off and so will device B and
C.

Write a java program that prompt user the consumption of each device
(A, B and C) and print the time in HOURS that each of device will take
before getting switched off. The program should print the total time it
should take all the device is switched no at the same time. Rehema is
charged 10 shillings per second of usage for the first time 30 minutes. If
the device operate for more than 30 minutes, 5 shillings per device per
second of usage is paid The program should print the total amount of
money per device and total amount of all the devices that Rehema
should pay.
