I need Proposal's for the following Applications, regarding
development time, cost, and resources required to develop. If
anybody is willing to develop these applications he/she is most
welcome.

Phone Utilities
1)FTP Client:
• Send and receive files via FTP-protocol
• Creating, Renaming and deleting files and folders
• Supports active and passive FTP modes
• Anonymous Login
• Storing Server & Login profiles
• Support for GPRS connections for the data transfer

2)E-Mail Viewer : This should support POP/IMAP/SMTP/Hotmail,
attachments, HTML,images, Spam-filtering etc.

Camera
1)Video Ring : Record a video on your mobile and attach it with a
group or individual phone number. When ever a call is
received from that particular group or number the
video will be played.

2)Picture Screen Saver
3)An application which will remotely activate the camera on some
other mobile.

Multimedia
1)Audio Player : This will be an audio player for Nokia phones that
supports a wide range of audio formats: MP3, MIDI,
WAV, RA, AU, SND and more.

SMS & Messaging
1)Answering Machine-It will support message recording
