I have got a problem. can someof you help me to solve it.I am using Tomcat 4.1.29 and Mysql 4.0.14 on windows. i usejndi for connectivity. the problem is tomcat hangs at the end of theday and i have to restart it everytime.
Whats the problem on being hanged?--Ram ?--Cpu usage gets high ?--DB dosn't respond ?Have u seen ur logs? Tomcat may arise any Exceptions!?Check it all, if can't find anything use a profiler, likeJProfiler, ....
If ram is less and many users are trying to access anapplication, tomcat hanges sometimes.Look at the errors on the terminal of tomcat server...use high speed computer as server...
