Text issue

I am trying to create a database from an ini file in pcdj. I can import
it into Excel no problem but to parse the text I am using text
formulas. I am fairly proficient with text formulas but the section of
text I want to isolate is between these characters: | and ||. I cannot
(even cutting and pasting them) get Excel to recognise them. Sometimes
it thinks they are letter Ls, sometimes seemingly random characters.

An example line from the textfile is this:

Track16=000.00;Shania Twain;Honey I'm Home;;;Id=0-0;;Pop;;|Honey I'm
Home.mp3||C:\Documents and Settings\Legal User\My Documents\My
Music\Sue's MP3\|||F8371CEA

I am trying to extract this:

Honey I'm Home.mp3

My questionable musical tastes aside(!), any ideas, anyone?
