I have got a menu in the usercontrol,But the Admin had
the rights to modify it.
On the modification Page after the admin modifies the
changes should reflect in
the Menu user control.When the Page is submited but
then it doesnt show the
changes.Now only when I refresh the Page again I see
the changes in the Menu user Control.

First of all how do we refresh a Page in ASP.NET.
Secondly how can we refresh a individual control say a
User control in this case.
