Using 12.04 64 bit. I've discovered that I am having a minor issue wuth
repositories. When I run update, I get the following:

W:Failed to fetch
ppa.launchpad.net/.../S\
ources
404 Not Found
, W:Failed to fetch
ppa.launchpad.net/.../binary-a\
md64/Packages
404 Not Found
, W:Failed to fetch
ppa.launchpad.net/.../binary-i\
386/Packages
404 Not Found
, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old
ones used instead.

How can I remove these?

Remove the PPA from your sources list or just uncheck it from
the repositories in Synaptic or similar. Then update. You can also install
Ubuntu Tweak or Y PPA Manager to manage PPAs (Google them).

Bear in mind, you will no longer get updates to the Orta Theme manager. In many
cases, repositories are temporarily offline. If you just put up with the warning
message, they often return after a few days.
