I found this article from their own team:

and this is what they want it to be in future (which will solve my problem) but it is still not there, while lots of other servers are already there:

as you can see in first pictures lots of components are not yet OSGI enabled and managed by OSGI container.
those are the ones that made problem in my case (may be OK for many others, depending on your use)
