Try the hosting services outside of Iran if you are heading to work as application service providier. I used to deploy Java applications in Iranian hosting service providers. Unfortunately low quality of service, low bandwidth and high costs are numerous problems of this kind of business. Now I am using an out side of the country VPS solution. It is working probably with signifficant lower cost under a highly professional respected SLA.
You can save mony by using Linux versions. Regards to federal low they have to prevent of providing their services for us. It is better to connect your server by a proxy, or somthing like Torpark or Privoxy to use it long time.
