I am trying to import stock market data from the databank of the Wall
Street journal. When I bring it up via a web query I see the table I
want. I select the table and then use the import command. Instead
of
getting the data I get a message box from Excel which states "This
web
query returned no data....name of the external data range in the name
box...". I do not know what the name of the exteneral data range.
Does any one have any ideas? Alternative to that is for me to open
the
page in the browser select all, copy then go to Excel and use paste
special. Does any one know if vba allows me to write the code that
would go to the browser and give it the command to the page, and all
of
the copy commands?
