how to generate user sessions in unix

I want to write script for generating user sessions in unix.
What I mean is : When there is a single user logged into a unix machine,
'who' command shows only one user. After I run this script (with a
parameter n, the number of user sessions to be generated), It should
generate n user/terminal sessions and 'who' command should show n+1 users.

Note : Username(s) and password(s) can be hardcoded in the script.
