When running Excel on Windows Vista OS,
I have a situation where many times the computer screen is NOT being repainted.
Even simply when viewing a regular Excel spreadsheet of data values in all of
the cells.
I have to manually scroll up and down the spreadsheet page to repaint the screen
each time.
What the heck is going on here ?
