Display UserForm Before Any Workbook?

Asked By: Aysel    Date: Feb 26    Category: MS Office    Views: 710

Is it possible to show a UserForm without its Workbook displaying?
I want to show a UserForm that allows Navigation to available Workbooks
in a certain folder. So the user will initally see the UserForm only,
then the user selects which Worksheet to work with.

I think it's going to display  a worksheet  (and it's workbook
certainly needs to be open to run the form). Why not force the display to an
opening sheet. In fact, you might not need a form at all - just put the
required controls straight onto this sheet.

I agree that this may be the way to go. Think outside the box they say.
You can put all types of controls on a sheet to make it look and act
like a form.

One way to go would indeed be to make a worksheet  look like a form, I
am looking into this.

I have played around with showing a UserForm from the PERSONAL.XLS
workbook (which opens first and invisible when Excel starts).

I'll report back if I can get this working.
