i'm subscribing all functionals of CLR, class base, some internal working
Got a lot of articles describing all those points, but i can see only advantages
such as end of DLL hell, security, IL, platform-independant...

But what is negative at all of this, has it his weak points???
(for example in comparision with J2EE => but don't need to be this, i mean, in
general...)

well in general its a very difficult task to critisise, i think you need to
do this in comparison to something else, even if that is classic ASP.

Some of the negatives are the move to a fully typed object orientated
programing language, the tie in to microsoft technology (I know there may be
a common runtime for other platforms but i wouldnt count on it), you do need
a pretty decent spec machin to run the framework etc etc.

The two things  in Dot Net which are slightly
off-putting are the terms 'unmanaged code' and 'unsafe
code'. I think even if you use pointers in 'unsafe
code', they may not be as robust and seamless as in
C++.
