I've just encountered the "The Macros in this file do not match the
digital signature" error message.

It's an Excel (2003) project that I've been working with for years.
(When I first starting working on it, I put one of those bogus
signatures in it.)

The Microsoft support website says that it results from using "save
as" (which I've done a few million times up to now).

It also says there's no workaround.

OK. Easy come, easy go.

But on top of that, Excel reports a file error and it has lost my
project--so I can't even get at the VBA code.

Is there another way to access the VBA code so that I don't have to
reconstruct everything I've done since my last backup?
