Technical
-Firm grasp on database concepts including but not limited to indices, replication, etc...
-Efficient in an RDBMS(MSSQLServer, MySQL, ORACLE)

-PostgreSQL exprience
-Java background

Your job, should you be recruited, will be to analyse and administer a PostgreSQL database. Background in PostgreSQL is a preference although it is not obligatory. You shall have time to get comfortable with PostgreSQL.
