I have a need to compare printed numerals from a ink-jet printer that prints onto a plastic surface,the plastic see wear in the field. Our testing would take a digital image before and after the a adhesive-tape pull test and determine the dot-matrix condition (remaining dots or partial dots)on the surface. Giving us a comparision in percent change.

Looking for a designer to help us with this need. If the program could work with Excel or other off-the-shelf products that would be a plus.
