I think you've not copied comm.jar and javax.comm.properties to lib
directory of your JRE, you've just copied them only to lib directory of
your JDK

To be sure what exactly JRE you're using (in case you have many versions
of JRE), go to control panel and open Java Plug-in.

its ok i got it working. And it works very good. Although i had to
guess the settings for the device.
