If you are using OpenDNS and you are in the US and IF you are having
trouble accessing google this is what you can do:

Click Dashboard (top menu)
Click Settings (middle menu near the top)
Click Advanced Settings (left menu)
Scroll down to Network Shortcuts
Uncheck: enable OpenDNS proxy

Wait about five minutes and this should be fixed.

Another option is to use your ISP's dns...
You just move the ISP dns to the top.
