I am a linux newb. I was running freespire and decided to switch toubuntu.I am trying to edit a website with bluefish. When I trie to load theurl ftp://mydomain.com it says *could not read filename*Anyone know why it would work in freespire and not ubuntu? Is theresomething I need to check in the synaptic package manager orsomething?
On the bluefish list there was some talk about one of the ubuntuversions not getting the updates. Truthfully, I always just edit all mypages and then use gftp to do my uploads.
I can't even pull up the pages to view them tho. I didedit>preferences>add>(typed in)ftp>Tried it with %s and then without the %s. Without it, it pulled upone page, in html, but none of the rest of the directory.
