Access/Excel help

I am in a difficult situation that I wish you experts out there can
help me.

I currently have an excel project with a access database attached to
it. I need the line that checks whether there is any data on the
fields before deleting that record. Which simply means, the record
will only be deleted only if all fields are empty.

Any kind souls please help?
