Thanks, but I found that even when I made the change with Ubuntu
Tweak it didn't persist after a reboot.

So I've made a copy of user-dirs.dirs and put a command in Startup
Applications:
cp .config/Preferreduser-dirs.dirs .config/user-dirs.dirs

I'm sure there must be a better way, but it works!
