If Wingdings doesn't have enough smilies, make your own! With 'Private
Character Editor' in at least Windows XP (reached by :
Start|Run|eudcedit )
Perhaps you can copy the Wingdings file, giving it another name and
edit a character within this new font  file as your 4th smiley?
