If you are only doing it once I would suggest

Create a new sheet with only the Key(ID Number) cells  and the address cells
Export that to a text file
Open the text file in Excel
(May need a bit of playing around to get this to come up in the right
format)
Use vlookups to get the other data across from the old sheet
Copy the entire sheet and paste special/values
